ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
The following conditions in Annex 1 are mandatory under the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003:
1. Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied:
(a) At any time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the
premises licence, or
(b) At any time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his/her personal licence is suspended
2. Every sale or supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
The following conditions in Annex 2 are conditions consistent with the operating schedule submitted by the applicant within the application. These will include, where required, existing expressed conditions and embedded restrictions contained within existing authorisations and enactments as specified by the Secretary of State, in accordance with Schedule 8(6) of the Licensing Act 2003:
1. Staff shall receive suitable training in accordance with the licence holders policies and procedures (which may be revised or amended from time to time).
2. The licence-holder shall monitor the need for door supervisors and in doing so shall take into account any advice given in this respect by the Police.
3. The pub manager shall participate in a local Pubwatch scheme (or similar) where such a scheme operates within the locality of the licensed premises.
4. Text and/or radio pagers shall be used where the licence-holder considers this to be necessary for promotion of the licensing objectives.
5. Toughened glasses shall be used on the licensed premises where the pub management consider this to be necessary for promotion of the licensing objectives.
6. CCTV shall be installed and operated on the licensed premises where the licence-holder considers this necessary for promotion of the licensing objectives.
7. There shall be no promotions on the licensed premises that encourage illegal, irresponsible or immoderate consumption of alcohol.
8. The pub management shall take all reasonable steps to recognise the rights of local residents and encourage customers to leave the premises quietly.
9. The pub manager shall liaise with neighbours of the licensed premises and attempt to resolve any reasonable concerns where this is practicable.
10. No adult entertainment (paid for by the licence-holder and involving a physical performance including nudity) is permitted on the licensed premises.
11. Any children under 16 present on the licensed premises (including any exterior areas) shall be accompanied by a responsible adult on all occasions. Staff shall not be in sole supervision of children which remains the responsibility of the accompanying adult on all occasions.
ANNEX 3 - CONDITIONS ATTACHED AFTER A HEARING BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY
