ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS:
The following conditions in Annex 1 are mandatory under the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003:
1. Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied:
(a) At any time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the
premises licence, or
(b) At any time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his/her personal licence is suspended
2. Every sale or supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
3. Where one or more individuals are being used at the licensed premises to carry out a security activity, each such individual must be licensed by the Security Industry Authority (unless where the individual is exempt from obtaining an SIA registration under the Private Security Industry Act 2001).
ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE:
The following conditions in Annex 2 are conditions consistent with the operating schedule submitted by the applicant within the application:
1. The appended Public Entertainments Licence conditions, terms and restrictions (including any limitations on permitted capacity) shall continue to apply to the Premises Licence unless where these conditions are overridden by the authorisations of the Premises Licence (for example concerning hours authorised for licensable activities), by the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003 or any other statutory modifications (including the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005).
2. Alcohol shall only be supplied to those persons attending functions at the Sudbury Town Hall.
3. No alcohol shall be supplied for consumption OFF the premises.
4. The areas used for licensable activities shall be restricted to those areas defined on the plan attached as Annex 4.
ANNEX 3 - CONDITIONS ATTACHED AFTER A HEARING BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY:
