ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
The following conditions in Annex 1 are mandatory under the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003:
1. Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied:
(a) At any time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the
premises licence, or
(b) At any time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his/her personal licence is suspended
2. Every sale or supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
The following conditions in Annex 2 are conditions consistent with the operating schedule submitted by the applicant within the application:
1. All members of staff directly responsible for serving customers shall receive adequate training to ensure that no person who is drunk or disorderly shall be able to purchase alcohol.
2. All members of staff directly responsible for serving customers shall receive adequate training regarding the sale of alcohol to under 18’s.
3. The premises licence holder shall ensure that all reasonable requests of the statutory authorities will be complied with.
4. Staff shall observe the premises licence holder’s health and safety policy.
5. A proof of age scheme shall be applied at the licensed premises to any individual who appears to be under the age of 21. Only photographic identity driving licences, passports or PASS accredited identity cards shall be accepted as a valid proof of identity/age.
6. Signage shall be prominently displayed and maintained on the licensed premises stating that any person who appears to be under 21 years of age shall be asked for proof of age.
ANNEX 3 - CONDITIONS ATTACHED AFTER A HEARING BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY
