ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
The following conditions in Annex 1 are mandatory under the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003:
1. Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied:
(a) At any time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the
premises licence, or
(b) At any time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his/her personal licence is suspended
2. Every sale or supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
3. The admission of children to the exhibition of any film shall be restricted in accordance with the film classification awarded by the British Board of Film Classification (BBFC), or any successor person or persons designated as the authority under section 4 of the Video Recordings Act 1984.
ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
The following conditions in Annex 2 are conditions consistent with the operating schedule submitted by the applicant within the application. These will include, where required, existing expressed conditions and embedded restrictions contained within existing authorisations and enactments as specified by the Secretary of State, in accordance with Schedule 8(6) of the Licensing Act 2003:
1. All live music in external areas of the licensed premises shall cease at 21:00hrs on all occasions.
2. The volume level of recorded music being played on the licensed premises shall be reduced after 23:30hrs on all occasions.
3. All windows and doors shall be kept closed (save for access and egress) after 23:30hrs.
4. The supply of alcohol and late night refreshment shall cease no later than 01:00hrs on all occasions, with closure of the premises to the public being at 01:30hrs to allow for suitable dispersal and drinking-up time.
5. All use of external areas of the licensed premises for consumption of alcohol shall cease by 23:30hrs on all occasions.
6. The volume control of any amplification equipment being used at the licensed premises shall be under the direct control of the designated premises supervisor (DPS), or another responsible individual nominated by the DPS, on all occasions. At the direct request of an authorised officer of the Local Authority or Suffolk Constabulary the volume shall be turned down.
7. Signage shall be displayed and maintained on the licensed premises to request that patrons leave the licensed premises quietly and with consideration for local residents.
