Additional Conditions

• ANNEX 1  -  MANDATORY CONDITIONS:

  The following conditions in Annex 1 are mandatory under the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003:

   

  1.              Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied:

   

  (a)               At any time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the

                premises licence, or

   

  (b)              At any time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his/her personal licence is suspended

   

  2.              Every sale or supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

   

  ANNEX 2  -  CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE:

  The following conditions in Annex 2 are conditions consistent with the operating schedule submitted by the applicant within the application:

   

  1.              There shall be no live music activities held at the premises on a Sunday between 1st October and 31st May. For the avoidance of doubt, this condition does not override any separate entitlements under Temporary Events Notice arrangements.

   

  2.              There shall be no drums or heavy rock type live music activities held at the licensed premises.

   

  3.              Music activities shall be restricted to the larger of the ground floor rooms of the licensed premises (as identified in the plan attached as Annex 4).

   

  4.              The licence holder shall ensure that members of staff are adequately trained to ensure promotion of the licensing objectives.

   

  5.              The licence holder, or their nominated representative, shall actively participate in the local Pubwatch (or similar) scheme where such a scheme operates in the locality of the licensed premises.

   

  6.              The licence holder shall conduct regular and adequate risk assessments to ensure public safety.

   

  7.              The licence holder shall ensure that members of staff adequately manage customers whilst they are entering, on and leaving the licensed premises.

   

  8.              Children under the age of 16 (sixteen) shall not be permitted on the licensed premises after 20:00hrs on Friday evenings.

   

  9.              The licence holders shall operate a photo-identity proof of age scheme at the licensed premises to assist with the prevention of underage sales.
