ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS:
The following conditions in Annex 1 are mandatory under the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003:
1. None applicable to club premises certificate BCP0045.
ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE:
The following conditions in Annex 2 are conditions consistent with the operating schedule submitted by the applicant within the application:
1. There shall no live outdoor music at the Club premises unless it is within the following times:
(a) One occasion per calendar month (April to September inclusive) from 19:20hrs until 20:00hrs; and
(b) Sunday mornings (between 1st March and 2nd August inclusive) from 11:00hrs until 11:30hrs
This activity shall be restricted to the area in the carpark as identified within the plans attached as Annex 4.
2. There shall be no supplies of alcohol for consumption OFF the licensed premises.
3. The Club rules and conditions (as may from time to time be modified) shall continue to apply.
4. The consumption of alcohol shall be restricted to the areas identified on the plan attached as Annex 4.
5. The car park shall be illuminated during the hours of darkness whilst the premises are being used for licensable activities.
6. The Club management shall ensure that relevant committee members and staff at the licensed premises are familiar with all parts of the Licensing Act 2003 that are relevant to the operation of the club.
7. All fire exits and emergency escape routes shall be clearly signposted with illuminated signage.
8. The Club management shall ensure that all members of the Club, staff and performers shall be made aware of the escape routes.
9. The Club management shall ensure that members and their guests are advised to keep noise to a minimum when leaving the licensed premises.
10. The Club management shall ensure that the volume level of any music being played is kept to a reasonable level and adequately monitored so that it shall not become a source of any public nuisance.
11. Persons under the age of 18 years shall be accompanied by parents or another responsible adult whilst on the licensed premises.
12. Signage shall be displayed prominently on the licensed premises advising that alcohol shall not be sold to persons under 18 years of age.
13. The Club management shall maintain an active participation in any local Pubwatch (or similar) scheme where such a scheme is available in the locality of the Club premises.
14. The Club shall maintain at least one identifiable committee member with responsibility for child safety and protection matters, and this individual (or individuals if more than one) shall receive adequate training and certification commensurate with this role.
15. The Club management shall ensure that adequate numbers of committee members are on duty at times when the Club is open for licensable activities, in order to oversee the promotion of the licensing objectives.
ANNEX 3 - CONDITIONS ATTACHED AFTER A HEARING BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY:
