• ANNEX 1  -  MANDATORY CONDITIONS:

  The following conditions in Annex 1 are mandatory under the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003:

   

  None applicable to the authorisations within BCP0001.

   

  ANNEX 2  -  CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE:

  The following conditions in Annex 2 are consistent with the Operating Schedule submitted by the applicant:

   

  1.              There sale and supply of alcohol shall be restricted in accordance with the plan attached as Annex 4.

   

  2.              The Club management shall take all reasonable steps to minimise;

  (a)              alcohol misuse by Club members and guests;

  (b)              any negative and/or public nuisance impacts of the operation of the Club on the local community;

  (c)              any crime and disorder issues related to the operation of the Club; and

  (d)              any poor/inconsiderate behaviour of Club members and guests.

   

  3.              The Club management shall take all reasonable steps to;

  (a)              promote public safety and the prevention crime and disorder both on the licensed premises and in the immediate vicinity, and to promptly alert the relevant authorities should there be any issues related to the promotion of these licensing objectives; and

  (b)              ensure vigilance whilst children and young persons are present on the licensed premises, in order to protect them from moral, psychological and physical harm.
