ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS:
The following conditions in Annex 1 are mandatory under the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003:
1. Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied:
(a) At any time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the
premises licence, or
(b) At any time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his/her personal licence is suspended
2. Every sale or supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
3. Where one or more individuals are being used at the licensed premises to carry out a security activity, each such individual must be licensed by the Security Industry Authority (unless where the individual is exempt from obtaining an SIA registration under the Private Security Industry Act 2001).
ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE:
The following conditions in Annex 2 are conditions consistent with the operating schedule submitted by the applicant within the application:
1. The Club management shall ensure that there are a minimum of two personal licence holders, in addition to the DPS, within the membership of the Club management committee.
2. All bar staff shall receive adequate training on all key aspects of the Licensing Act 2003 relevant to the operation of the licensed premises (for example prohibition and prevention of underage sales).
3. The licence holder shall actively participate in the local Pubwatch (or similar) scheme where such a scheme is in operation in the locality of the licensed premises.
4. The licence holder shall install and maintain at the licensed premises an adequate CCTV system.
5. The licence holder shall risk assess and determine provision for door supervision at private functions or hirings of the licensed premises. See also Annex 1 mandatory condition 3.
6. The licensed premises shall be kept cleaned and access routes and exits kept free from obstruction.
7. The licence holder shall designate a member of the Club or staff to act as its nominated child protection officer, in relation to the protection of children from harm licensing objective.
ANNEX 3 - CONDITIONS ATTACHED AFTER A HEARING BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY:
Not applicable.
ANNEX 4 - PLANS:
Attached. The authorisations of premises licence BPL0361 shall be restricted in accordance with the plan.
