ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS:
The following conditions in Annex 1 are mandatory under the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003:
1.1 Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied:
(a) At any time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the
premises licence, or
(b) At any time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his/her personal licence is suspended
1.2 Every sale or supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE:
The following conditions in Annex 2 are conditions consistent with the operating schedule submitted by the applicant within the application:
2.1 The premises shall be structurally adapted and intended to be used for the purpose of habitually providing, for the accommodation of persons frequenting the premises, substantial refreshment to which the sale and supply of alcohol is ancillary.
2.2 Doors and windows shall be kept shut, save for access or egress, during any potentially noisy activities, and it is recommended that if necessary appropriate air conditioning should be installed. Clearly the later the premises is permitted to remain open the more critical management control is required to be.
2.3 Notices shall be prominently displayed and maintained on the licensed premises requesting that patrons leave quietly.
2.4 The volume control of recorded music or any amplification equipment shall be under the direct control of the designated premises supervisor (DPS) or their representative with provision made for the sound to be turned down at the direct request of an authorised officer of the Local Authority or Police.
ANNEX 3 - CONDITIONS ATTACHED AFTER A HEARING BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY:
