2.1 The premises licence holder shall ensure that all relevant members of staff shall receive suitable and sufficient training to ensure the promotion of the licensing objectives with particular regard to the prevention of sales of alcohol to underage or drunken persons.
2.2 The premises licence holder shall ensure that any customers acting in a disorderly manner shall be asked to leave the premises.
2.3 There shall be no consumption of alcohol on the premises.
2.4 The premises licence holder shall ensure that adequate external and internal lighting is maintained at the licensed premises and shall conduct regular checks pertinent to public safety.
2.5 To promote the prevention of public nuisance customers of the licensed premises shall be asked to leave the premises and the vicinity quietly and with respect to the needs of neighbouring properties.
2.6 Children under the age of 16 shall not be permitted on the licensed premises during licensable activities unless accompanied by an adult.
2.8 Any person attempting to purchase alcohol and appearing to be under the age of 25 shall be challenged and required to produce a valid photographic identity document as proof of age. For this purpose a UK photo card driving licence, passport or PASS accredited proof of age card with hologram shall be satisfactory forms of identity.
2.9 There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children.
