ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
The following conditions in Annex 1 are mandatory under the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003:
1. Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by the management committee.
2. The admission of children to the exhibition of any film shall be restricted in accordance with the film classification awarded by the British Board of Film Classification (BBFC), or any successor person or persons designated as the authority under section 4 of the Video Recordings Act 1984.
3. Where one or more individuals are being used at the licensed premises to carry out a security activity, each such individual must be licensed by the Security Industry Authority.
ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
The following conditions in Annex 2 are conditions consistent with the operating schedule submitted by the applicant within the application. These will include, where required, existing expressed conditions and embedded restrictions contained within existing authorisations and enactments as specified by the Secretary of State, in accordance with Schedule 8(6) of the Licensing Act 2003:
1. The appended Public Entertainments Licence conditions, terms and restrictions (including any limitations on permitted capacity) will continue to apply to the Premises Licence unless where these conditions are overridden by the authorisations of the Premises Licence (for example concerning hours authorised for licensable activities), or by the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003 or any other statutory modifications.
2. Glasses and opened bottles shall be retained or disposed of on the premises. Persons shall not be permitted to leave the licensed premises whilst carrying glasses or opened bottles.
3. Any performance or entertainment involving children shall be adequately supervised by a responsible adult or adults.
ANNEX 3 - CONDITIONS ATTACHED AFTER A HEARING BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY
