ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
The following conditions in Annex 1 are mandatory under the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003:
1. Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied:
(a) At any time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the
premises licence, or
(b) At any time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his/her personal licence is suspended
2. Every sale or supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
The following conditions in Annex 2 are conditions consistent with the operating schedule submitted by the applicant within the application:
1. Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied except during the hours authorised by the premises licence. (It should be noted that no authorisations granted in this licence relieve the licence holder from the requirement to comply with other relevant legislation in force - for example the Sunday Trading Act 1994 or Christmas Day (Trading) Act 2004).
2. The restrictions on authorised hours for the supply of alcohol do not prohibit:
a. During the first 20 minutes after the above hours, the taking of the alcohol from the premises, unless the alcohol is supplied or taken in an open vessel;
b. The ordering of alcohol to be consumed off the premises or the despatch by the vendor of the alcohol so ordered;
c. The sale of alcohol to a trader or club for the purposes of the trade or club;
3. The supply of alcohol for consumption ON the licensed premises shall be restricted to the areas of the staff dining room and ground floor coffee shop only (as identified within the plans attached as Annex 4).
4. The licence holder approved trading and operational procedures (as may be modified from time to time), including risk assessments, shall be maintained and operated at the licensed premises.
ANNEX 3 - CONDITIONS ATTACHED AFTER A HEARING BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY
