ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
The following conditions in Annex 1 are mandatory under the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003:
1. None applicable to this licence.
ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
The following conditions in Annex 2 are conditions consistent with the operating schedule submitted by the applicant within the application:
1. The frontage of the premises shall be regularly inspected and kept free from litter and waste.
2. The premises management shall take all reasonable steps to maintain good relations with the Police, customers, neighbouring occupiers and other late night operators in order to further the licensing objectives.
3. The premises management shall take all reasonable steps to ensure that staff are familiar with how to minimise the risk of crime or disorder on the licensed premises.
4. Staff shall encourage customers to minimise any potential for public nuisance.
5. Litter bins shall be provided and maintained outside of the licensed premises.
6. Staff on duty shall take all reasonable steps to promote the prevention of children from harm licensing objective, particularly if there are unaccompanied children on the licensed premises.
ANNEX 3 - CONDITIONS ATTACHED AFTER A HEARING BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY
None.
