ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
The following conditions in Annex 1 are mandatory under the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003:
1. Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied:
(a) At any time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the
premises licence, or
(b) At any time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his/her personal licence is suspended
2. Every sale or supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
3. Where one or more individuals are being used at the licensed premises to carry out a security activity, each such individual must be licensed by the Security Industry Authority.
ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
The following conditions in Annex 2 are conditions consistent with the operating schedule submitted by the applicant within the application:
1. Any performances of live music (whether amplified or unamplified) shall be by not more than two performers.
2. The premises licence holder shall install and maintain CCTV on the licensed premises. (Note: It may be helpful for the premises licence holder to liaise directly with the Police in this regard concerning coverage and retention of recordings).
3. The Designated Premises Supervisor shall undertake relevant SIA (Security Industry Authority) training and certification, and shall supervise the door to the licensed premises on evenings of late opening.
4. The premises licence holder shall be prepared to consider any guidance or advice offered by the Police relevant to the promotion of the licensing objectives.
5. Signage shall be prominently displayed and maintained on the licensed premises requesting patrons leave quietly. Signage advising relevant contact details for licensed taxi and private hire vehicle operators shall be prominently displayed on the licensed premises.
6. The premises licence holder shall ensure that all escape routes, exits and gangways are kept clear and free from obstruction.
7. Children (under the age of 16) shall not be permitted on the licensed premises after 19:00hrs.
8. Children (under the age of 16) shall only be permitted on the licensed premises whilst under the direct supervision of a parent or responsible adult.
ANNEX 3 - CONDITIONS ATTACHED AFTER A HEARING BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY
No conditions imposed by the Licensing Committee.
