It should be noted that any retention, use or disclosure of personal information captured on CCTV must be carried out in line with data protection principles.
2. The premises licence holder shall ensure a robust CCTV policy is in place to ensure compliance with Data Protection Legislation and to aid Police in the prevention of crime and disorder.
3. Signage shall be displayed at the licensed premises to notify those attending the premises that CCTV is in operation.
4. The premises licence holder will ensure a Staffsafe system is installed and maintained on the licensed premises. The system shall have both audio and visual monitoring capability which will be activated by panic button to allow intervention in resolving crime and disorder issues and provide direct support and advice to staff.

This is to enable any enforcement action to be taken against offenders by way of a civil parking penalty and also to allow the registration numbers of offending vehicles driving in a dangerous or inconsiderate manner to be passed to Police for enforcement action. Any CCTV footage will be retained for a period of 28 days and shall be made available upon request to Police or an Authorised officer.

14. This includes anti-social behaviour that occurs within both the licensed premises, the car park and encompasses the adjacent supermarket car park, if it can be reasonably inferred that the persons causing the anti-social behaviour are present due to the attraction of the licensed premises. These may include but are not limited to further enhancements to ANPR and CCTV camera systems, security arrangements, specific procedures for liaison with the landlord and their security provider and additional traffic calming and traffic flow management measures.
15. The premises licence holder shall produce and maintain, in conjunction with the landlord and operator of the adjacent supermarket car park, a procedure for liaison between staff working at the premises and security staff for the car park in order to identify and alert security to any anti-social behaviour taking place in the car park.
