Additional Conditions

• The premises licence holder shall ensure that a responsible individual nominated by Sproughton Parish Council shall be present on all occasions where the licensed premises are being used for the playing of music and the sale of alcohol.

  2.              The premises licence holder shall ensure that users of the licensed premises shall be required to use the provided audio system of speakers and amplifiers which shall have a preset sound limiter incorporated with an automatic cut-off should the volume level be exceeded.

   

  3.              The licensed premises shall have adequate insulation and double glazing to reduce the risk of public nuisance by noise.
