• ANNEX 1  -  MANDATORY CONDITIONS

  The following conditions in Annex 1 are mandatory under the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003:

   

  1.              None applicable to club premises certificate BCP0041.

   

  ANNEX 2  -  CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

  The following conditions in Annex 2 are conditions consistent with the operating schedule submitted by the applicant within the application:

   

  1.              The club rules and conditions (as may from time to time be modified) shall continue to apply to the operation of the club. Where required the club rules should incorporate relevant elements of licensing law applicable to the operation of the club.

   

  2.              The areas of the premises used for licensed activities shall be restricted in accordance with the plan attached as Annex 4.

   

  ANNEX 3  -  CONDITIONS ATTACHED AFTER A HEARING BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY
