Additional Conditions

• ANNEX 1  -  MANDATORY CONDITIONS:

  The following conditions in Annex 1 are mandatory under the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003:

   

  1.              Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied:

   

  (a) At any time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the

                premises licence, or

   

  (b)              At any time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his/her   personal licence is suspended

   

  2.              Every sale or supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

   

  ANNEX 2  -  CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE:

  The following conditions in Annex 2 are conditions consistent with the operating schedule submitted by the applicant within the application:

   

  1.              There shall be no supplies of alcohol for consumption ON the licensed premises.

   

  2.              The CCTV system shall be upgraded to the reasonable satisfaction of the Police Crime Reduction Officer.

   

  3.              The CCTV system shall be maintained in good working order, shall record during all times that the premises are open for business and recordings shall be kept for a minimum of 28 days. The recordings shall be made available to the police upon reasonable request.

   

  4.              On occasions during which only a single member of staff is on duty at the premises, and at the discretion of that staff member, the entrance door shall be secured. Sales shall be made through the night hatch between the hours of 01.00hrs and 06.00hrs.

   

  5.              All staff shall complete training utilising an appropriate licensing training manual and refresher training shall be undertaken on an annual basis. New staff shall undertake training before to using the tills.

   

  6.              Training details shall be adequately recorded, with such records being retained and made available for inspection upon reasonable request of an authorised officer of a responsible authority.

   

  7.              An appropriate training manual, refusals book, ‘Challenge 21’ scheme and PASS accredited proof of age scheme shall be operated at the licensed premises.

   

  8.              Alcoholic spirits shall be located behind the service counter.
