ANNEX 3 - CONDITIONS ATTACHED AFTER A HEARING BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY

1: The hours authorised for licensable activities shall be reduced to those as shown on premises licence BPL0297 and summary thereof.

2: The licence holder shall prominently display and maintain on the licensed premises a notice requesting that patrons leave the premises and the area quietly and with consideration to the rights of neighbouring properties and residents.

3: The licence holder shall ensure that an adequate waste litter bin shall be affixed to the outside front wall of the licensed premises.

4: The licence holder shall ensure that they keep the pavement area in the immediate vicinity of the licensed premises clear from litter and other waste materials.
