Annual Summer fete:
For annual one day event between 01 July and 30 September (12:00hrs until 18:00hrs only) recorded music, live music and performance of dance authorised for outdoors as shown in Annex 4 continuation plan.
ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
The following conditions in Annex 1 are mandatory under the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003:
1. The admission of children to the exhibition of any film shall be restricted in accordance with the film classification awarded by the British Board of Film Classification (BBFC), or any successor person or persons designated as the authority under section 4 of the Video Recordings Act 1984.
2. Where one or more individuals are being used at the licensed premises to carry out a security activity, each such individual must be licensed by the Security Industry Authority.
3. Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied:
(a) At any time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the
premises licence, or
(b) At any time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his/her personal licence is suspended
4. Every sale or supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
The following conditions in Annex 2 are conditions consistent with the operating schedule submitted by the applicant within the application:
1. Hirers shall be required to adhere to the licence holders terms and hiring agreement (as may be modified from time to time).
2. The premises shall be alarmed to discourage break-ins.
3. The licence holder shall ensure that all bookings are adequately managed, and the keyholder shall be a member of the village hall personnel.
4. Signage shall be displayed on the licensed premises relating to the security arrangements at the licensed premises, and requesting that patrons leave the premises promptly and quietly following the end of an event.
5. No alcohol shall be stored on the licensed premises overnight.
6. No glasses or opened bottles shall be taken outside of the building.
7. Hirers shall be instructed to keep all windows and doors closed (save for access or egress) during any performance of music.
8. Power sockets in the main hall shall be controlled by timer switch in order to cut power at designated times.
9. Children shall not be permitted in the kitchen and storage areas.
10. Individuals involved in working with children at the licensed premises shall complete criminal records bureau disclosures to ensure suitability.
ANNEX 3 - CONDITIONS ATTACHED AFTER A HEARING BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY
