Additional Conditions

• ANNEX 1  -  MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  The following conditions in Annex 1 are mandatory under the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003:

   

  1.              None applicable to club premises certificate BCP0046.

   

  ANNEX 2  -  CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  The following conditions in Annex 2 are conditions consistent with the operating schedule submitted by the applicant within the application:

   

  1.              There shall be no supplies of alcohol for consumption OFF the licensed premises.

   

  2.              The club rules and conditions (as may from time to time be modified) shall continue to apply.

   

  3.              The consumption of alcohol shall be restricted to the areas identified on the plan attached as Annex 4.

   

  4.              Junior club members (under the age of 18) shall not be permitted on the club premises after 20:30hrs.

   

  5.              Whilst the club premises are being used by a member of the club for a hen party, stag party or other event unsuitable for children, there shall be no persons under the age of 18 permitted on the licensed club premises.

   

  6.              In accordance with the club rules, no alcohol shall be supplied to persons under 18 years of age.

   

  7.              The club management shall provide upon direct request of an authorised officer of the Police or Local Authority a current and up to date list of club members.

   

  ANNEX 3  -  CONDITIONS ATTACHED AFTER A HEARING BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY
