ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS:
The following conditions in Annex 1 are mandatory under the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003:
1. None applicable to premises licence BPL0326.
ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE:
The following conditions in Annex 2 are conditions consistent with the operating schedule submitted by the applicant within the application:
1. The premises licence holder shall ensure that close liaison is maintained (both prior to, during and immediately after the event) between the event organisers and Suffolk Constabulary, Suffolk Fire & Rescue Service and St.John’s Ambulance.
2. The sale and supply of alcohol is NOT permitted by premises licence BPL0326. The event organisers shall ensure that they liaise closely with Suffolk Constabulary and put adequate measures in place to ensure that alcohol, whether in open or sealed containers, is confiscated prior to the admission of persons to the licensed premises.
3. The premises licence holder shall ensure that professional adequately experienced/trained persons are used to manage/operate the display of fireworks, bonfire and any other pyrotechnics used at the event.
4. The bonfire shall be adequately fenced around its perimeter in order to minimise any risk to public safety, including the safety of those individuals involved with the management and operation of the display.
5. The premises licence holder shall take all reasonable preventative measures to ensure that members of the public attending the event do not bring or use their own fireworks (including sparklers) or other pyrotechnics.
6. In all other respects the premises licence holder shall ensure that they conduct an adequate risk assessment and action all necessary steps to promote the licensing objectives, in accordance with the information they have provided to the Licensing Authority.
ANNEX 3 - CONDITIONS ATTACHED AFTER A HEARING BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY:
