ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
The following conditions in Annex 1 are mandatory under the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003:
1. Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied:
(a) At any time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the
premises licence, or
(b) At any time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his/her personal licence is suspended
2. Every sale or supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
The following conditions in Annex 2 are conditions consistent with the operating schedule submitted by the applicant within the application:
1. Alcoholic drinks shall be served in plastic drinking vessels.
2. The premises licence holders shall take all reasonable precautions to ensure that the any noise emissions from licensable activities do not cause any public nuisance.
3. Notices shall be prominently displayed and maintained on the licensed premises requesting attendees leave the area quietly.
4. A list of the names and addresses of attendees to the event shall be retained on site.
5. The premises licence holders shall ensure that sufficient numbers of stewards and staff shall be on duty at all times whilst the licence is in force, with all staff and stewards being adequately CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) checked to ensure their suitability.
6. No children shall be permitted on the licensed premises (marquee) other than those accompanied by their parents.
