ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS:
The following conditions in Annex 1 are mandatory under the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003:
1. Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied:
(a) At any time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the
premises licence, or
(b) At any time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his/her personal licence is suspended
2. Every sale or supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE:
The following conditions in Annex 2 are conditions consistent with the operating schedule submitted by the applicant within the application:
1. The premises licence holder shall operate a proof-of age identity scheme at the licensed premises in order to assist with the prevention of underage sales.
2. The premises licence holder shall install and maintain an adequate CCTV system on the licensed premises.
3. The premises licence holder shall maintain a ‘refusals register’ in respect of declined sales of alcohol where the individual is suspected to be under 18 years of age.
4. Alcoholic products shall be displayed away from confectionery products and on higher shelving, whilst spirits shall be stored on high shelving behind the counter area.
