ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
The following conditions in Annex 1 are mandatory under the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003:
1. Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied:
(a) At any time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the
premises licence, or
(b) At any time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his/her personal licence is suspended
2. Every sale or supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
The following conditions in Annex 2 are conditions consistent with the operating schedule submitted by the applicant within the application:
1. All supplies of alcohol for consumption ON the premises under authority of premises licence BPL0004 shall be restricted to the restaurant area of the licensed premises only.
2. The premises licence holder shall ensure that all relevant members of staff receive adequate training concerning the supply of alcohol under the authority of premises licence BPL0004, with such training to include who can lawfully supply and be supplied with alcohol.
3. The premises licence holder shall ensure that adequate signage and notices are prominently displayed and maintained on the licensed premises concerning the sale and supply of alcohol at the licensed premises.
4. All alcohol kept on the licensed premises shall be stored securely and any displays of alcoholic beverages shall be adequately supervised by members of staff during hours the premises is open to the public, in order to minimise any risk of access to alcohol by children or young persons.
