ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS:
The following conditions in Annex 1 are mandatory under the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003:
1. Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied:
(a) At any time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the
premises licence, or
(b) At any time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his/her personal licence is suspended
2. Every sale or supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE:
The following conditions in Annex 2 are conditions consistent with the operating schedule submitted by the applicant within the application:
1. The premises licence holder shall operate regular staff awareness training sessions, to include training on relevant licensing requirements and offences.
2. The premises licence holder shall maintain close liaison and communication with the Police and local community, in order to promote the licensing objectives.
3. The premises licence holder shall install and maintain an adequate security camera system and alarm system on the licensed premises.
4. The premises licence holder shall install external lighting to the premises. (Note: It may be prudent for the premises licence holder to liaise with the local Environmental Health Officer in order to minimise any risk of nuisance caused by light pollution. Planning permission may also be required in some cases for external light installations).
ANNEX 3 - CONDITIONS ATTACHED AFTER A HEARING BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY:
