ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS:
The following conditions in Annex 1 are mandatory under the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003:
1. None applicable to premises licence BPL0348.
ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE:
The following conditions in Annex 2 are conditions consistent with the operating schedule submitted by the applicant within the application:
1. The premises licence holder shall ensure that the licensed premises management shall liaise and co-operate with the responsible authorities in order to promote the licensing objectives.
2. The premises licence holder shall ensure that staff are trained to observe the measures necessary to promote the prevention of crime and disorder, prevention of public nuisance and public safety licensing objectives.
3. The premises licence holder shall operate a CCTV system during the hours when licensable activities are provided.
4. The premises licence holder shall ensure that adequate fire safety precautions are installed and maintained on the licensed premises.
5. The premises licence holder shall ensure that the licensed premises is adequately ventilated, in order to promote the prevention of public nuisance licensing objective.
6. The premises licence holder shall take all reasonable precautions to ensure that the storage and disposal of refuse at the licensed premises does not cause any public nuisance.
ANNEX 3 - CONDITIONS ATTACHED AFTER A HEARING BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY:
