ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS:
The following conditions in Annex 1 are mandatory under the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003:
1.1 Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied:
(a) At any time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the
premises licence, or
(b) At any time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his/her personal licence is suspended
1.2 Every sale or supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
1.3 The admission of children to the exhibition of any film shall be restricted in accordance with the film classification awarded by the British Board of Film Classification (BBFC), or any successor person or persons designated as the authority under section 4 of the Video Recordings Act 1984.
ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE:
The following conditions in Annex 2 are conditions consistent with the operating schedule submitted by the applicant within the application:
2.1 There shall be no supply of alcohol for consumption ON the licensed premises.
2.2 The sale of alcohol shall be restricted to the areas identified on the plan attached as Annex 4.
2.3 Alcohol shall not be sold to customers under the age of 21.
2.4 In order to assist with the prevention of underage sales, and enforce condition 2.3 above, the premises licence holder shall operate a ‘Challenge 21’ policy at the licensed premises, and staff shall request photo identity proof of age where an individual appears to be under the age of 21.
2.5 The premises licence holder shall ensure that a refusals register is operated and maintained on the licensed premises, in accordance with any requirements of the Suffolk Constabulary.
2.6 The licensed premises shall have installed and maintained on the premises a CCTV system fully covering all areas of the premises to which the public have access.
2.7 All exits and escape routes from the licensed premises shall be kept clear and free from any obstruction.
2.8 An adequate supply of first aid materials shall be kept on the licensed premises.
2.9 The premises licence holder shall ensure that members of staff receive adequate training in how to deal with rowdy customers.
2.10 Alcohol shall be stored securely on the premises in such location and manner so as to not be accessible by any children on the premises.
ANNEX 3 - CONDITIONS ATTACHED AFTER A HEARING BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY:
None applicable.
