ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
The following conditions in Annex 1 are mandatory under the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003:
1. The admission of children to the exhibition of any film shall be restricted in accordance with the film classification awarded by the British Board of Film Classification (BBFC), or any successor person or persons designated as the authority under section 4 of the Video Recordings Act 1984.
ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
The following conditions in Annex 2 are conditions consistent with the operating schedule submitted by the applicant within the application
1. The premises licence holder shall ensure that a hiring agreement is in place for each hiring of the licensed premises, and those hirers are advised to supervise and monitor the behaviour of guests.
2. The premises licence holder shall ensure that the premises are locked when not in use.
3. The premises licence holder shall ensure that the premise, fire alarms and equipment are regularly checked in accordance with Health and Safety Policy.
4. The licence holder shall ensure that exits are clearly marked.
5. The premises licence holder shall liaise with the local police concerning promotion of the prevention of public nuisance and shall ensure that the police are promptly advised of any major events.
6. Where children’s events are held at the premises, the premises licence holder shall require in the hiring agreement that adult supervision shall be adequately Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) checked.
ANNEX 3 - CONDITIONS ATTACHED AFTER A HEARING BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY
