  The following conditions in Annex 1 are mandatory under the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003:

   

  1.              None applicable to premises licence BPL0353.

   

  ANNEX 2  -  CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE:

  The following conditions in Annex 2 are conditions consistent with the operating schedule submitted by the applicant within the application:

   

  1.              The premises licence holder shall ensure that the catering unit is fitted and maintained to all required regulatory standards including the provision of adequate fire fighting equipment.

   

  2.              The premises licence holder shall ensure that the Police are promptly called to any witnessed nuisances, acts of vandalism and other instances of crime or disorder.
