ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS:
The following conditions in Annex 1 are mandatory under the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003:
1. Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied:
(a) At any time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the
premises licence, or
(b) At any time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his/her personal licence is suspended
2. Every sale or supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE:
The following conditions in Annex 2 are conditions consistent with the operating schedule submitted by the applicant within the application:
1. Children under the age of 16, that are unaccompanied by a parent/guardian, shall not be permitted on the premises.
2. The premises licence holder shall ensure that there are adequate levels of supervision and monitoring at the licensed premises, which may be satisfied by the provision of waiter/waitress service and a maitre d’ or equivalent.
3. The car park at the licensed premises shall be illuminated, during the hours of darkness, whilst the premises are being used for licensable activities. External lighting in the car park shall be adequate to facilitate safe exit.
4. The premises licence holder shall take all reasonable measures to prevent any noise from the licensed premises from causing a nuisance or disturbance to persons living or working in the vicinity of the premises.
5. An adequate proof of age scheme shall be operated at the licensed premises, with individuals appearing to be under the age of 18 requested to provide a bona fide form of identity verifying their age.
6. The premises licence holder shall ensure that staff request that parents/guardians adequately supervise their children whilst they are on the licensed premises.
7. Smokers shall not be permitted to gather in any outside marquee which may from time to time be erected within the grounds of the licensed premises.
8. All windows and doors shall be kept shut (save for access or egress) during any potentially noisy activities.
ANNEX 3 - CONDITIONS ATTACHED AFTER A HEARING BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY:
1. The volume control of recorded music or any amplification equipment - used for background/incidental music or sound - shall be kept under the direct control of either the premises licence holder, the designated premises supervisor (DPS), or their representative, with provision made for the sound to be turned down at the direct request of an authorised officer of the Local Authority or Police.
2. Notices shall be displayed and maintained on the licensed premises requiring patrons to leave the area quietly, with advisory announcements made to customers requesting that they leave the premises with consideration to the needs of those persons residing or working in the vicinity.
3. There shall be no functions or marquees in the outdoor areas of the licensed premises involving activities under the authorisations of premises licence BPL0354. (For the avoidance of doubt this condition does not apply to or override entitlements for permitted temporary events under the Licensing Act 2003).
4. The hours for opening and licensable activities shall be reduced to the timings as shown on licence BPL0354 and summary of it.
