ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
The following conditions in Annex 1 are mandatory under the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003:
1.1 Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied:
(a) At any time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the
premises licence, or
(b) At any time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his/her personal licence is suspended
1.2 Every sale or supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
The following conditions in Annex 2 are conditions consistent with the operating schedule submitted by the applicant within the application:
2.1 All sales of alcohol shall be restricted to persons eating at the licensed premises only.
2.2 The licence holders shall ensure that they, or their nominated representative, shall join the local Pubwatch or similar scheme where such a scheme operates in the locality of the licensed premises.
2.3 Notices shall be prominently displayed and maintained on the licensed premises requesting that patrons leave the premises quietly.
2.4 Notices shall be prominently displayed and maintained on the licensed premises promoting the licensing objectives and social responsibility relating to the consumption of alcohol.
2.5 The premises management shall operate and enforce a photo identity proof of age scheme (for example ‘Challenge 21’) in order to prevent underage sales of alcohol.
2.6 Alcohol shall be securely stored in areas of the licensed premises to which the public do not have access.
2.7 The premises management shall ensure that parents/guardians of any children on the licensed premises are made aware of the need to provide adequate supervision.
ANNEX 3 - CONDITIONS ATTACHED AFTER A HEARING BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY
