ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS:
The following conditions in Annex 1 are mandatory under the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003:
1. Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied:
(a) At any time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the
premises licence, or
(b) At any time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his/her personal licence is suspended
2. Every sale or supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
3. Where one or more individuals are being used at the licensed premises to carry out a security activity, each such individual must be licensed by the Security Industry Authority (unless where the individual is exempt from obtaining an SIA registration under the Private Security Industry Act 2001).
4. The admission of children to the exhibition of any film shall be restricted in accordance with the film classification awarded by the British Board of Film Classification (BBFC), or any successor person or persons designated as the authority under section 4 of the Video Recordings Act 1984.
ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE:
The following conditions in Annex 2 are conditions consistent with the operating schedule submitted by the applicant within the application:
1. Supply of alcohol for consumption OFF the licensed premises shall cease by 18:00hrs on all occasions.
2. ‘Plays’, ‘Films’ and ‘Performances of dance’ shall cease in outdoor areas of the licensed premises by 22:00hrs on all occasions.
3. ‘Entertainment of similar description to live or recorded music or dance’, ‘Provision of facilities for making music’, ‘Provision of facilities for dancing’, ‘Provision of facilities for entertainment similar to making music or dancing’ in outdoor areas of the licensed premises shall cease by 20:00hrs on all occasions.
4. Amplified music shall not be played in any outdoor areas within the curtilage of the premises site.
5. The number of outdoor events at the licensed premises shall not exceed 20 events per calendar annum.
6. The number of events at the licensed premises involving pyrotechnic displays shall not exceed 5 occasions per calendar annum.
7. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children.
8. A designated manager shall be on-site at all times whilst the premises is being used for licensable activities, to ensure that the licensing objectives are being promoted and terms and conditions of hire, reflecting these objectives, are being complied with.
9. The terms and conditions of hire shall include measures relating to security commensurate with the nature of the proposed licensable activity.
10. There shall be a one hour drinking-up/dispersal time to ensure a gradual dispersal of clients from the site following functions/events.
11. An adequate CCTV system shall be installed and maintained on the licensed premises. It is recommended that recordings be retained for a minimum of 28 days and be made available to the Police upon request.
12. The licence holders shall ensure that they are satisfied that adequate public liability insurance cover is in place for hirings of the site, and that adequate risk assessments to promote the public safety licensing objective are required, as considered appropriate by the licence holder, from all hirers of the site.
13. All hirers of the site shall be required to have adequate first aid arrangements in place to promote the public safety licensing objective.
14. When regulated entertainment activities are taking place at the licensed premises, a designated manager shall be on site and shall ensure that noise is monitored at the boundary of the premises and that noise levels are kept to a reasonable level, to minimise any potential for causing public nuisance.
ANNEX 3 - CONDITIONS ATTACHED AFTER A HEARING BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY:
