ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
The following conditions in Annex 1 are mandatory under the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003:

ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
The following conditions in Annex 2 are conditions consistent with the operating schedule submitted by the applicant within the application:
2.1 The premises licence holder shall ensure that a suitable and sufficient risk assessment has been conducted, and the risk assessment documentation shall be retained in the event control room for the duration of the event.
2.2 There shall be a minimum of 10 (ten) stewards on duty at the event at any one time.
2.3 The event management shall ensure that attendees are reminded of the need to ensure adequate supervision of children at all times for the duration of the event.
2.4 Suitable and sufficient first aid provision shall be made to ensure the event is attended by adequate numbers of trained first aiders.
2.5 There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children.
ANNEX 3 - CONDITIONS ATTACHED AFTER A HEARING BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY
