Annex 1 - Mandatory conditions
General condition:
(1) No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence-
(a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the
premises licence, or
(b) at time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal
licence or his personal licence is suspended.
(2) Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a
person who holds a personal licence.
General condition:
In force from 1 October 2010
(1) The Premises Licence Holder or Club Premises Certificate Holder shall ensure that
an age policy applies to the premises in relation to the sale or supply of alcohol.
(2) The policy must require individuals who appear to the responsible person to be
under 18 years of age (or such older age as specified in the policy) produce on request,
before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and a
holographic mark.
Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the operating schedule
General
Off trade sales only - Challenge 21 Policy will be adopted
The prevention of crime and disorder
Off trade sales only. Not trying to open a shop to the general public. Just wont to be able to
sell mainly to people from the Airfield or Caravan Site. So will not be looking to have many
people there at all.
Public safety
Sold from the offices so people don't go near machinery in the brewery. Fire equipment
inspected annually.
The prevention of public nuisance
Not opening a shop or doing tours for general public. Just looking to sell to people at Airfield
and Caravan site or on Farm. So should not create anymore traffic. Off trade sales only.
The protection of children from harm
Anyone under 21 will be challenged for ID if the are not sure if they are over 18. All alcohol is
locked away.
