Annex 1 - Mandatory conditions
General condition:
(1) No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence-
(a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the
premises licence, or
(b) at time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence
or his personal licence is suspended.
(2) Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a
person who holds a personal licence.
General condition:
In force from 1 October 2010
(1) The Premises Licence Holder or Club Premises Certificate Holder shall ensure that
an age policy applies to the premises in relation to the sale or supply of alcohol.
(2) The policy must require individuals who appear to the responsible person to be
under 18 years of age (or such older age as specified in the policy) produce on request,
before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and a
holographic mark.
Annex 2- Conditions consistent with the Operating schedule
General
Liaise closely with Police community safety officers. Take their advice and maintain minimal stock levels on the premises.
The prevention of crime and disorder
Operating hours are limited with no requirement for excessively late operating.
Public safety
Will display any relevant notices deemed necessary and will ensure that the minimal stock levels are no accessible to the customers.
The prevention of public nuisance
Not anticipated to be a problem in view of nature of business and the hours of opening.
The protection of children from harm
No children on premises unless accompanied by adults. No sales of alcohol to anyone under 18 years of age. Proof of age will be required.
