1. The premises licence holder shall primarily operate late night refreshment activity from the licensed premises for home delivery.
2. The premises licence holder shall ensure that the licensed premises are suitably and sufficiently staffed so as to provide adequate management and supervision to ensure promotion of the licensing objectives.
3. The premises licence holder shall ensure that the premises staff and management co-operate with local Police concerning any prevention of crime and disorder issues in and around the vicinity of the licensed premises.
4. Use or possession of illegal drugs shall not be tolerated on, or in the immediate vicinity of, the licensed premises and staff shall promptly report any such suspected activity to the Police.
5. No glassware shall be supplied to the public as part of the licensed operation.
6. Regular, suitable and sufficient public safety risk assessments shall be conducted at the licensed premises.
7. The premises licence holder shall take all reasonable steps to prevent or reduce the congregation of persons on, or in the immediate vicinity of, the licensed premises.
8. Doors and windows shall be kept closed, save for access or egress, during the licensed hours to minimise any risk of public nuisance from noise.
9. Customers on the licensed premises shall be asked to leave the area quietly and with consideration to the needs of neighbouring residents and businesses. The premises management shall consider the banning of individuals known to cause nuisance or anti-social behaviour.
10. Delivery drivers shall be required by the premises licence holder to carry out their duties in a sensitive and professional manner – to include not leaving vehicle engines running, parking considerately and minimising any disturbance to residents.
11. The premises licence holders shall take all reasonable steps to minimise the risk of public nuisance caused by odour – whether from cooking or waste/refuse.
12. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the licensed premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children.
