The premises licence holder shall operate a requirement for the production of a passport, UK photocard driving licence or PASS accredited photocard, where the individual requesting the supply of alcohol appears to be under the age of 25, no ID no sale.\par \par \f2 The premises licence holder will ensure that the maximum occupancy of the licensed premises is restricted at any one time to 6.\par \par \pard\ltrpar\fi-5\li9\ri672\sa3\sl240\slmult1\qj\cf1\f0 The premises licence holder will ensure that any restrictions on the admittance of individuals according to age (e.g. children) are displayed on the premises.\f2\par \par \pard\ltrpar\fi-5\li9\sa3\sl240\slmult1\qj\f0 All alcohol retained on the licensed premises shall be kept secured in a lockable area.\f2\par \par \pard\ltrpar\fi-5\li9\ri259\sa255\sl240\slmult1\qj\f0 The premises licence holder shall take a zero tolerance approach to antisocial behaviour, violence and discrimination; anyone behaving in an unacceptable manner will be asked to behave appropriately or ejected from the premises.\f2\par \cf0 An incident and refusals book shall be operated and maintained on the licensed premises to record all refusals and instances of crime and disorder related incidents and which shall be made available to the Police and an authorised officer of the Licensing Authority on demand\cf1\par \ul\f0\par \pard\ltrpar\keep\keepn\fi-10\li19\sl252\slmult1 Public Safety\par \ulnone\f2\par \pard\ltrpar\fi-5\li9\sa3\sl240\slmult1\qj\f0 The premises licence holder will ensure that the entrance & all walkways within the premises are kept free from obstruction/hazard.\f2\par \f0\par The premises licence holder will ensure that access for emergency vehicles is kept clear and free from obstruction.\f2\par \f0\par \pard\ltrpar\fi-5\li9\sa243\sl240\slmult1\qj In the absence of adequate daylight, the premises licence holder shall ensure that the lighting within the premises is fully operational.\par \pard\ltrpar\keep\keepn\fi-10\li19\sl252\slmult1\ul\f2\par \par \par \f0 Prevention of Nuisance\par \ulnone\f2\par \pard\ltrpar\fi-5\li9\sa3\sl240\slmult1\qj\f0 The premises licence holder shall take all reasonable steps to ensure that persons arriving at and leaving the premises shall not cause noise nuisance or disturbance to neighbouring properties.\f2\par \f0\par No consumption on premises.\f2\par \f0\par \pard\ltrpar\fi-5\li9\ri274\sa3\sl240\slmult1\qj The premises licence holder will make provision for the disposal of waste on the premises.
