ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
The following conditions in Annex 2 are conditions consistent with the operating schedule submitted by the applicant within the application:
All staff involved in the sale of alcohol shall undertake staff training. Staff training shall be recorded and updated every 6 months. Training shall cover the requirements for ID as part of age verification, and other matters regarding the Licensing Act 2003, relevant to the staff members role in the premises
On line/ e mail /telephone orders etc of Alcohol shall be despatched from the Premises between 06:00 hours to 23:00hours
Alcohol will not be despatched from any premises, other than these licensed premises by the premises licence holder in accordance with this licence,
(c) The premises licence holder / designated premises supervisor will adopt an age verification policy throughout the whole process of operation, so that at any time, if customers are unable to prove they are 18, then the supply of alcohol will be refused at the point of any ordering procedure or facility, on collection and also on delivery,
(d) Where the premises licence holder / designated premises supervisor instructs only third party couriers to deliver any items of alcohol previously ordered, every such delivery company must adopt a ‘Check 25 policy’, so that if on request, acceptable photographic documents cannot be produced to prove the date of birth of the purchaser, then the delivery will be refused outright,
(e) In all cases,
(i) delivery will be made only to the address indicated on each respective order and no other,
(ii) delivery will be refused to any person who is, or who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs,
(f) Where delivery of alcohol by any third party courier is refused for any of the reasons given above, the premises licence holder / designated premises supervisor will then continue communication with the third party courier, in order that the eventual outcome of the refused alcoholic goods, remains under the control of the management of the premises and not the third party courier,
(g) The premises licence holder / designated premises supervisor will keep records of -
The date and time of all alcohol orders and the full name and address of who has made each order (including details of any refusals),
The date and time of the despatch of all orders from the licensed premises, and
The date and time when each delivery has been made, who to and where exactly (with details of any refusals), and the name of a third party courier,
which will be retained at the licensed premises / by the premises licence holder, for possible inspection at any time on request, by a police officer or an authorised person of the licensing authority.
There shall be a suitable colour digital CCTV recording system installed at the premises. The system shall be capable of providing 28 days recording. The images recorded are to be retained for 28 days and made available to the police or other enforcement agencies upon reasonable request (within 48 hours) in line with data protection legislation. DVD/USB copies of relevant footage to be provided to the police or agencies at no cost other enforcement.
Signage shall be displayed in a prominent position on the premises requesting that customers leave quietly.
The premises licence holder shall ensure that a ‘Challenge 25’ policy is adopted on the premises. Signage of the ‘Challenge 25’ policy shall be prominently displayed on the premises.
Acceptable identification accepted by the premises licence holder, DPS, or other staff members shall be a passport, photo driving licence or pass accredited identity card.
The licence holder shall ensure that a refusals register is kept on the premises and that this shall be immediately available upon request of an authorised officer. The register shall record any refused sale of alcohol. The refusal register shall be inspected on a monthly basis by the DPS or nominated person/s and signed by the DPS or nominated person/s that they have checked the register.
Signage shall be prominently displayed warning customers of the legal penalties for purchasing alcohol for any person under the age of 18
ANNEX 3 - CONDITIONS ATTACHED AFTER A HEARING BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY
All face to face/in person (not including online sales) sale of alcohol for consumption off the premise shall be subject to the following hours:
Monday to Saturday 06:00hrs to 23:00hrs
Sunday 06:00hrs to 22:30hrs
