The following conditions in Annex 1 are mandatory under the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003:

ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
The following conditions in Annex 2 are conditions consistent with the operating schedule submitted by the applicant within the application:
2.1 All staff will be provided with training in relation to the licensing objectives that are commensurate with their duties. This will include the individual’s responsibilities, age verification and licensing offence, as appropriate. Details of the training will be recorded in a personnel Online portal file or log book and will be refreshed at regular intervals.
2.2 A CCTV system shall be maintained at the premises with cameras in the location indicated on the accompanying plan. Recordings shall be made of images from the cameras whilst a licensable activity is taking place and shall be retained for a period of at least 31 days from the date of recording. A member of staff shall be trained on how to provide copies to police officers, where a request is received that complies with the requirements of the Data Protection Act 2003 and any other legislation covering the disclosure of recorded material.
2.3 The Premise license holder shall erect and maintain prominent signage asking patrons to leave quietly respecting local residents and to dispose of litter in waste receptacles.
2.4 The premise license holder shall ensure that suitable and sufficient lidded waste storage bins are provided at the unit site and maintained in a clean condition.
2.5 The premise licence holder shall ensure litter and waste shall be regularly collected from the immediate vicinity of the unit.
2.6 Patrons shall be asked to dispose of any packaging or food waste sensibly so as to not cause any nuisance. Waste taken away from the site, and cleaning of waste bins, shall be during timings and via such methods so as to minimise the risk of any nuisance or disturbance being caused to neighbouring properties. Waste shall be responsibly disposed of and the premise licence holder shall clearly advise all members of staff that waste products, including fats or food, are not disposed of in an inappropriate manner.
2.7 For the avoidance of doubt no late-night refreshment shall be given to any customer after the terminal hour specified in the premise licence. The premise licence holder shall ensure that latest cooking times and last orders are taken with consideration to compliance with licensed activity timings.
2.8 Staff on duty shall be vigilant to any unaccompanied children attending the licensed site. The Police should be promptly notified of any concerns by staff in relation to the welfare of children attending the site.
